BlackFish Federal JV with Ábaco Strategy Wins EPA IMCS V IDIQ

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded the Ábaco-BlackFish JV an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for EPA Information Management Center Services V (IMCS V). Under this contract vehicle, Ábaco-BlackFish will provide agency-wide support services for EPA’s Libraries, Public Information Centers (PIC), and records and docket centers. Services include docket center support, library network management, records management and digitization services across EPA’s ten regions and headquarters.
